Terms & Conditions

By registering for or using KahaVendra("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Tenant") and SikLab Technology ("we," "us," or "our"), the developer and operator of KahaVendra.

KahaVendra is a business management tool designed for GCash remittance counters, e-wallet service providers, and printing service operators. The App provides:

• Real-time balance tracking for multiple wallets (Cash, GCash, Maribank, Maya)
• Transaction recording and history
• Shift management with automated summary reports
• Printing service point-of-sale (POS) functionality
• Service fee configuration and management
• Reports sent via email

KahaVendra is a record-keeping tool only. It does not process, hold, move, or transfer any actual funds. All financial transactions occur outside the App through third-party payment platforms (GCash, Maribank, Maya, etc.).

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are legally permitted to operate a remittance, e-wallet, or related service in your jurisdiction.

• You may register using an email address and password, or by signing in with a supported third-party account (Google or Facebook). Both methods create a Tenant account under these Terms.
• If you register via Google or Facebook, you authorise us to receive your name and email address from that provider solely for the purpose of creating and identifying your account.
• You must provide a valid email address. Accounts registered with email/password are only activated after you verify your email. Accounts created via Google or Facebook Login are activated immediately, as your email is already verified by the provider.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tenant code, password, and any connected third-party accounts.
• Security and Device Verification: For your protection, we monitor the devices and browsers you use to access the App. If a login attempt is detected from an unrecognized device or browser, you agree to receive and use a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered email address to verify your identity.
• You agree to notify us immediately at kahavendra@siklabtech.org if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be in violation of these Terms.

KahaVendra offers the option to sign in using your Google or Facebook account. By choosing to do so, you agree to the respective terms and privacy policies of those providers:

• Google Terms of Service
• Facebook Terms of Service

We only request your name and email address from these providers. We do not access your social graph, posts, friends list, or any other data from your Google or Facebook account.

If you signed in via Facebook and wish to revoke access or delete your data, you may do so through your Facebook App Settings or by submitting a data deletion request via our Data Deletion page.

You agree to use KahaVendra only for lawful purposes. You must NOT:

• Use the App to record, facilitate, or conceal unlawful financial activity including money laundering or fraud
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the App without authorization
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

All transaction data, balances, and records entered into KahaVendra are provided by you. We do not independently verify the accuracy of any data you input. You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of all transactions you record
• Reconciling your KahaVendra records with your actual physical cash and wallet balances
• Compliance with all applicable tax laws and business regulations in your jurisdiction

By providing your email address, you consent to receiving transactional emails fromKahaVendra, including email verification links and shift summary reports. You may adjust your email preferences through your Tenant Profile at any time.

All content, branding, code, and materials within KahaVendra are the intellectual property of SikLab Technology. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App solely for your own business record-keeping purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written consent.

KahaVendra is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SikLab Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use KahaVendra, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of KahaVendra after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
